Cancellation Policy
We take pride in our spa, effective 7/1/09, all appointments must be canceled within 24 hours. If this is not met, a fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card. Thank you for understanding.
Packages
All packages paid in full are non-refundable or non-transferable to another
patient.
Retail Products
Products that are open and have been used are non-refundable, unopened
products may be returned within 7 days.
**All appointments must be held with a credit card.
(There will be no charge on your card unless the cancellation policy is
not kept).
